Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Vicky&Nico piece, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn and unused)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by all original documentation (if applicable)
- Returned with all included accessories and packaging elements — including but not limited to the jewelry box, presentation box, and any other items provided to support or optimize the use of your jewelry — in new condition.
To start a return, contact us at info@vickyandnico.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items must be returned and received within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed in such cases.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked:
- SALE
- FINAL SALE
All items with a SALE badge or FINAL SALE label are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Note: Items purchased with a discount code (but not marked final sale or with a sale badge) are returnable and exchangeable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new item.
Shipping costs are responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds
Except for products that are expressly non-returnable as outlined above, you may return your piece in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original documentation and original package.
All accessories and packaging elements — including but not limited to the jewelry box, presentation box, and any additional items provided to enhance or support the use of your jewelry — must also be returned in new condition.
Vicky&Nico will not accept any return if the piece:
- Shows signs of wear
- Has been used
- Has been altered from its original condition in any way
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
